At From Scratch Interiors LLC, we believe clear communication is the foundation of a successful project. To ensure we provide the best possible service and maintain a smooth working relationship, our policies are as follows:

1. Communication Expectations

We kindly request that all major design decisions, approvals, and changes be communicated in writing. This ensures every detail is documented and allows us to remain aligned throughout the project.

2. Project Boundaries

Once a design phase is agreed upon and finalized, any additional requests or changes may result in adjustments to the timeline and fees. Respecting these boundaries allows us to stay on schedule and deliver the best results possible.

3. Non-Negotiable Contract Clauses

Our contract terms are non-negotiable and are in place to protect both parties. These clauses only come into effect in the event of a failure to provide agreed-upon services and/or payment, or if there is a breach of the signed agreement. This ensures clarity, fairness, and accountability.

4. Openness on Timelines and Pricing

We are always open to discussing timelines and pricing with transparency. However, please note that we do not finance projects. This means we cannot complete work for less than its true value, but we are committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality for the best available price.

5. Firm Policy on Delays

In the event of a delay caused by circumstances outside of our control, we will communicate promptly. Persistent delays on the client’s side, however, may require rescheduling and could incur additional fees.

6. Payment and Fee Structure

All payment schedules, including deposits and final balances, must be adhered to as outlined in our agreement. We maintain a transparent fee structure and appreciate timely payments to keep your project on track.

7. Right to Terminate

If at any point these policies are not followed, From Scratch Interiors & Co. reserves the right to withdraw from the project. Any work completed and costs incurred up to that point will remain the client’s responsibility.
